Eligibility
- Ph.D. students in their final years and early post doctoral fellows
(less than three years since obtaining the Ph.D. degree) - Participants are required to present a poster and a short oral presentation.
- Participants are required to participate in all of the program (4 day-course and 1 day international symposium).
- Accommodation and airfare costs for the participants will be covered by the school.
- Application is free; registration fee (50,000JPY, which includes 10,000JPY for party fees) is applicable to accepted participants.

- Application is free, but a registration fee (JPY 50,000, which includes 10,000JPY for party fees) will be required from those accepted applicants.
Selection
- A competitive selection process will be conducted, based on the submitted application materials.
- Admission quota: 50 students with balance gender participation
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- The results of the screening and selection process will be announced in the middle of August 2019.
Presentation
- Each participant will be required to present a poster and give a brief oral presentation.
